Cons: Cannot set controls for less or more brew. Other Thoughts: Best thing was the weight, doesn't move around. Also a bad thing, can't send it back, cost a fortune. No help from manufacturer. Does a great job steaming milk and is easy to fill. Cons: first machine did not work, we needed to send it back Other Thoughts: We appreciate that the replacement was sent out prior to getting the defective machine back.
