This review is from: Cuisinart CMG-20 Cordless Rechargeable Multi-Grater
Pros: Absolutely none that I can think in actual use although on paper this multi-use grater seems to be a "dream".
Cons: In about one month's time the unit began to function erractically as if it were not recharging. Although it had actually been recharging for over 24 hrs., it then stopped functioning altogether. For another week or so, I was able to make the grater work occasionally by knocking on the top of the unit, but it never really grated anything very well, whether it was a hard or soft food item.
Other Thoughts: Unfortunately, this grater stopped functioning after Newegg's 30 day return polilcy. I then contacted Cuisinart, which, by the way is now owned by Conair. They took approximately 4 days to get back to me. They informed me the grater was indeed still under warranty but that I would have to pay postage of about $20.00 each way to have them send me a new grater. This seemed ludicrous since I purchased this from Newegg at a discount of approximately $29.00. For $40 I can purchase a new grater. I think it is also safe to say their warranty is also pretty worthless.
