Pros: Excellent Microwave has more features than I will ever use!! Price was excellent ! Quiet for a microwave

Cons: Well the cons are here the shell is made a little flimsy of thin sheet metal. Not to sturdy as in models of the past because my last Sharp was built like a tank (it was 12 yrs old or older)! The only other reason for any low marks has nothing to do with the microwave but concerns the shipping it was slow,like regular groung, Newegg said free 3 day shipping, I got it in 8 days was sadly slow even though it was free shipping the upgrade was high and then it was free 3 day so I didn't worry about upgrading so buyer beware if your in a hurry!!

Other Thoughts: I would or maybe should have deducted more eggs due to shipping but that really has more to do with the seller than the product ! I really like this microwave and though I hit an egg for the cover it is like everything else today they cut corners to reduce cost and weight if it is as reliable as my last Sharp maybe 12 more years will pass before it dies!! Newegg please don't advertise free 3 day if it's gonna take 8 days ??????

Pros: Super fast shipping . Arrived in just 2 days. Our old microwave had just failed a few days before so quick delivery was appreciated. Package arrived in perfect condition and microwave works as advertised. Cooks quickly. Unit is exactly the same size as our old Panasonic 2.2 cu ft so installation was just sliding it into the cabinet above our oven. Newegg had the best on-line price by $20 + free shipping.

Cons: Haven't had a chance to read User Manual carefully yet but instructions are not the easiest.
