Pros: Looks nice and shiney

Cons: Makes TERRIBLE rice.

Other Thoughts: Shell out the money for a real rice cooker. You won't be able to pry my old Zojirushi from my hands 'til the day it dies.

Pros: The steel and black finish on the rice cooker fits well with my kitchen decor. Very Simple and easy to use. Cooks rice perfectly

Cons: Steam vent seems to be pointless. Random dent in the side. Doesn't affect the product's ability to perform

Pros: Stainless steel inner cooking pot.
Can turn warmer off.

Cons: Rice does stick, but that is to be expected.

Other Thoughts: To keep rice from sticking, turn the warmer feature off.
