Pros: NONE

Cons: Plugged it -- Does not lid up Kappot. Asked Tatung for replacement or refund they refused and wanted me to ship it to California for repair. (cost to me $20.00).
This is the second one in 6 months from this outfit.
Buyer beware.

Pros: it's cheap..I guess get what you pay for...

Cons: I just bought the rice cooker, the shell is no good. It was got damage just through shipping. Big old dent, because it a soft shell. Trying to get my money back....

Pros: Great rice cooker for the price.
Easy to cook and keep large amount of rice.

Cons: Tough to get it exactly right with the rice to water ratio exactly right 100% of the time due to the direct heat cooking.

Inner not stick pot showing mineralization on the outside after dish washing, hand wash recommended.

Other Thoughts: Make sure you use non-instant rice and wash the rice thoroughly
