Pros: It draws in quite a bit of air as indicated by the extremely dirty prefilter. The ionizer does deodorize the air. Cleanable prefilter and HEPA filter will save a ton of money. On warm days the purifier can be used as a fan. No significant impact on power bill.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: This unit, along with a smaller table-top version in the bedroom, has help reduce my allergy-like symptoms. I no longer get congested and I rarely sneeze anymore. A big plus is less visible dust build-up on furniture and no more cobwebs on the ceiling. I run the machine on high during the day and medium while at home, with the ionizer on at all times.

Pros: Great machine. Since I put it in my living room the dust and pet hair has definately lessoned. The machine is a little noisey, but I have tuned it out already. Having 4 dogs, 2 cats and kids running around, this machine is a blessing.

Cons: None really, other than the noise. But you eventually don't even pay attention to it.

Pros: - Works much better than my secure air model I had before.
- Blows cold air from the fan assist.
- Cleaning is easy
- Giving how it is a fan it sucks a lot more pet dander and other items into the filters faster than a traditional quiet model.

Cons: - Sounds like a fan running (since it is a fan)
- High setting is quite noisy (I leave it on medium 90% of the time)

Other Thoughts: If you want good clean air and you like to have a fan running in your room it helps very much so.
