3 out of 5 eggsOk-ish

Pros: The unit is light enough to be transported easily. Fan design lets you choose where to point them at and establish the airflow you desire. Unit is sturdy while operating and will not fall over, etc.

Cons: To me, the fans do not move enough air and this could be due to the fact that their speed is kept "safe". They do not spin like other mini turbo fans do. Also unit and fans in general were a bit smaller than expected but I could just have read the dimensions, which I didn't. I have yet to discover the "sweet spot" for this fan in my room. It's also hard to get the unit cleaned. I also found that the power cord is too short. Finally only one of the fans has full pivot while the other is fixed.

Other Thoughts: Is it worth it? Maybe. In my case I got a good price + free shipping + no tax so I don't feel like I over-payed for a Honeywell fan.

3 out of 5 eggsFlexible, but not like you'd think

Pros: Surprisingly quiet and sturdily built, yet light enough to position on top of a table with very little effort. Moves a good deal of air in double-full mode (both fans on high, but see 'cons' for more). Short enough to fit below an oscillating fan that sits on a pedestal, giving you a good triple-fan emulation.

Cons: The only way to get the top fan to pivot 90 degrees (as mentioned in the description) is to grab the handle and pivot the entire unit at the apex where the base connects. In other words, the unit pivots 90 degrees, while the upper fan is fixed in one position relative to the frame. The bottom fan is the only one that can pivot independently of the frame. Also, while double-full mode does move a good deal of air, it's not as much as one would expect. Still, for the deal I got it for, it was only slightly below expectations in this area.

Other Thoughts: Not quite worth full price. Wait for a sale, but do consider grabbing one when it the sale begins.

4 out of 5 eggsNice Fan - Could Be Stronger...

Pros: Nice Reliable Fan
Can be Moved in Many Directions
Small Size

Cons: Could be more powerful.
Vornado makes a more powerful fan, but for the price I am OK with it.

Other Thoughts: Vornado makes a more powerful fan, but for the price I am OK with it. I use it to keep cool in the basement and to supplement moving cool AC air in the 1st floor of my house. It works well, but could be stronger. For the price you can't go wrong. Nice looking fan too - all black and both fans have individual controls.

5 out of 5 eggsModerate power, very quiet

Pros: Light and extremely quiet. Fantastic for when a near silent fan is needed. Footprint is not too big (fan is very stable nonetheless) and can easily be placed in tight spaces. Good value. Looks nice; better than on pictures. Each fan has a separate on/off control switch.

Cons: Both fans have smallish diameter so is not best for ventilating large spaces fast.

4 out of 5 eggsTurbo Fan?

Pros: Works well in circulating air if you have a window air conditioner that you want to cool more area. Will help move the warm air around in the winter.

Cons: If this is the only fan you have in the room, it must be pointed directly at you in order to feel any cooling. The box says Turbo Fan, but the high setting is more in the medium range, not much of a blast of air as expected.

Other Thoughts: I bought this on a whim as it was on sale. Had I paid full price, I more than likely would have returned it since it is not a turbo fan as the box says.

4 out of 5 eggsjust what I was looking for

Pros: Two independent fans. I can point the top at the ceiling and the bottom towards the air return! Fans are smaller but they aren't too noisy. The two fans on low are quieter than a big Vornado on low. Completely analog. Digital ones are nice but you cant hook them up to timers like you can with analogs.

Cons: Doesn't have a "hurricane high" mode like box fans. It has a medium and a low setting.

Other Thoughts: This thing is perfect for mixing room air. You'd be surprised at the temp differences between the ceiling and the floor. It's like 6-8 degrees. Mixing it allows your HVAC or heater to work more efficient. Should help in the winter too!
