George Foreman GRP46R New Snap Value Grill w/ Nonstick Removable Plates - Red

Pros: way bigger then my old, old-skool 4*4 grill which used to fit 1-2 burgers at best

this one is just big enough to cook 2-4 burgers or 2-3 steaks easily so now i can make dinner in 1 batch instead of folks having to wait till i grill 3-34 batches

removable plates make it super easy to clean, just snap off and put into dishwasher

Cons: spatula that comes with this is gimmicky
the fat catcher is not attached and will eventually get lost--no big deal you can use a bowl or some folded foil to do the same thing

Other Thoughts: if you cook for more than 3 people and don;t like to cook in batches you need a bigger grill then this. this grill is great for cooking meals for 2-3 people in 1 batch.

Pros: Size, weight, removable grills. This grill cooks burgers great.

Pros: This was exactly what I needed. I live in an apartment where grills are not allowed, so I had to get one of these. It works great, and can be much more convenient: no prep and less cleaning afterwards. The removable plates are very nice and it is enough space for me.

Cons: If I am cooking for more than a two people, I need to cook things in "shifts" and store the cooked items in the microwave. However, since everything cooks fast, it turns out ok in the end.

Other Thoughts: Things cooked on this will lack the authentic grill taste (there isn't really a substitute for cooking over coals). However, if you want a little of that taste from this grill, try adding a little liquid smoke.

Also, even though this has removable plates, it still requires cleaning, which can be a pain. My recommendation is to allow it to cool, and place a wet paper towel on the bottom plate. Then just close the grill and wait for half an hour to let it soak. This makes cleaning even easier.

Pros: Larger grill than I had before, REMOVABLE PLATES make world of difference for cleanup.

Cons: It only fits two normal (5" diameter) hamburger patties so if you eat more than 2 at a time I would suggest a larger grill. It doesnt clean itself....

Other Thoughts: Upgraded from a small one I got free with a microwave, made a big difference, i can now cook steak quick if im short on time
