Its been in service at least 4 to 5 days a week for the last 10 years. I remarried 3 years ago my wife is Thai and I bought a Zorjirushi 10 cup cooker from Thailand and found it was not the quality of my Tiger it , The timer stopped working after 1 week and had to send it to service center as the chinses store would not take it back. 2 months before got it back and it worked for 3 months and timer broke again. Now I will only buy TIGER Cons: NON its the best quality last forever Other Thoughts: Wish major stores carried TIGER products Did you find this review helpful? Rice lasts about a 5 days till overcook. Cons: None really. It would be wrong to buy from another brandname.
