Pros: I've made 3 loaves thus far, and all have turned out great. I've used tried and true recipes from when I had my old machine. Works as well as my beloved old, expired, more expensive machine (West Bend).
Cons: Takes up a good amount of counter space, hook attachment to remove paddle was not included as stated.
Other Thoughts: I ordered from Newegg.com one day and received the machine the very next day. Incredible! No problems at all.

Other Thoughts: Well I've never made bread before so this is a first. It works as stated, I just need to try some other recipes as I don't like the basic easy one a whole lot.

Pros: I like the idea of using it as a proof box. I like being able to start it up in the different stages of the baking process. For example you can mix the dough by hand, place dough inside and start it from their or if your not feeling like doing it by hand you can have the machine mix it for you. Cleaning is easy and the bread pan has a nonstick surface.
Cons: Needs about a 23" vertical clearance so the do door can be open.
Other Thoughts: Since I'm a professional baker, I really had my doubts about a machine making good bread but I was wrong. If you follow the directions your bread will turn out great. Just be sure not to let the yeast touch the water, sugar or salt before you start mixing otherwise the pH level of the sugar or salt will kill the yeast; The water temperature has to be just right so the yeast won't die either. Also don't open it during the proofing process or else your bread will start to fall. Baking is a science and this machine has got it right.

Pros: Great bread maker. Timer is great for fresh bread in the morning. Several settings are good for changing loaf size/darkness. Non-stick pan makes it easy to get bread out.
Cons: Not so much a con, but the "quick" one hour bread is very yeast-y. I recommend against making it this way.
Other Thoughts: Good idea for the holidays. The breads smell and tasete great. Price is great too.
