Other Thoughts: dont know if i got a used/broken item by accident or what. when i received it the box was a really bad mess and item itself was dirty and looked used. i plugged it in to test it and NOTHING. going back to my trusty old mop *sigh*

Pros: I wonder how I ever got along without this steam mop. Cleaning my kitchen floor used to be a major chore. Wringing the old mop out, washing it first with soap/bleach and then rinsing with clean water turned it into a 1-2 hour affair. Now its a simple matter of filing the reservoir, plugging it in and gliding it across the floor. Also the price is unbeatable. For less than the price of 2 standard mops you can have this mop with washable cleaning pads.

Other Thoughts: I wasnt pleased at first. Thought the mop was more trouble than it was worth, until I read the directions and applied what should have been common sense. Now the floor is so cleaner than I feel it has ever been.

Cons: Would not produce steam. Got a little warm but no matter how long I waited, no steam.

Other Thoughts: Returned . Thanks to Neweggs excellent service, a simple phone call and I had a RMA number and a refund a few days later.

Other Thoughts: Purchased this item when it was $29.99. Received today and find that the box is not sealed, there is marks of use at the base, and the steam mop looks used. Very disappointed.

Pros: Great at cleaning without much effort on my part. Clean up is easy.

Cons: doesn't move will head don't pivot nor does it like to stand upright well.

Pros: price, reusable pads. For the price, you cannot expect much.

Cons: small and flemsy. The lach to hold up the mop upright is not sturdy at all.

Other Thoughts: When steamer is on, hard to navigate the mop due to vibration.

Heats up water very quickly and dries just as fast.
Takes up very little storage space with the collapsible handle.

Other Thoughts: This steamer is very easy to use and eliminates the need for a mop or getting on your hands and knees to clean floors.
Doesn't use toxic cleaners that could be harmful to pets, and the cleaned area dries very quickly.
Comes with two reusable, washable cloth covers that clean really well.
Wish I had bought this item sooner.
