KOMPRESSOR - The World’s 1st Motorized Compression System Goodbye messy vacuum bags. The KOMPRESSOR system uses a unique wiper blade within the bagless bin to keep it clean while compressing dust intake. That allows you to store up to 3 times more dirt, dust and pet hair vs. non-compressor models, and means there’s an easy-to-dispose-of cake of dust when you empty it.
Better Cleaning Experience The EasyMoving Wheel enables smooth sliding with less pulling for a better cleaning experience. Nozzle auto adjusts to fit your cleaning surface, whether hard surface or carpet. True HEPA Filter captures dust mites, pollens and other common household allergens. In addition, air turbine powered brush removes pet hair embedded in furniture and carpets.
Compact Canister Design with Cleaning Tools LG’s LcV800R features compact canister design with powerful KOMPRESSOR technology to maximize pick up rate. The canister vacuum offers several tools: Pet Hair Turbine tool, 2-in-1 built-in brush, crevice tool and a telescopic wand.
Auto Rewind Cord (18.7 Ft.) You won't have to go through the bother of plugging and unplugging the vacuum when you have an easy auto cord rewind. With 18.7 ft. feet of cord length, that means you have room to spare, as well as time saved.
Easy does it Convenient locking feature allows for easy storage. Flexible storage allows you to match space and storage needs: lock the auto nozzle onto the side or lock on the back to make your vacuum as compact as possible.

Pros: I've used a lot of vacuums before and this is it! I was looking for something with a good price (paid $200 for a new one) and light weight, mostly for wooden floors: canister and bagless vacuum. It is pretty light, easy to move around. I have to switch outlets when I move but when you have a big house you have to do it with any vacuum. I love the power switch, which you have to get used to at first because it's on your handle, but later you just use your thumb to switch your speed/suction between the floor or area rugs. The only downside, I find, is the lack of tool storage compartment, which I knew about, before buying it. This vacuum does a great job picking up dust and dirt from floors and corners. I really like it. And I haven't had any problems with it yet since I bought it 3 months ago.
Cons: Does not have storage for tools

Pros: I'm now on my 5th vacuum, feeling like goldilocks and the 3 bears. Some vacuums are too bulky, some too weak, some too expensive, never any just right. I purchased the LG Kompressor after extensive searching on the net and reading numerous reviews at various sites. The LG Kompressor got glowing reviews. I tried it out as soon as I got it out of the box. For a small vacuum (I opted for the smaller model because it weighs much less and I have mostly wood floors) the LG has a load of power. This baby lifted my area rug off the floor as I was vacuuming. So far I love it except for the dusting tool. (See below.)
Cons: I've always found it easier to dust my furniture and bookshelves with the brush tool that comes with vacuums. However the LG brush tool is useless. It has large area of plastic around the brush. Also the area in the middle is too open so even trying to vacuum a table with the tool is nil. Now, I either have to keep my old vacuum around just to dust bookshelves and furniture or use those silly swifter which are a waste of $. Too bad my older vacuum brush tool doesn't fit into the new LG. I wish some of the other reviews had mentioned this problem. Am I really the only person who uses this tool to dust furniture with?
