Pros: The removable reservoir for for the espresso side.... Coffee is good Still learning how to make good espresso. Dual inserts for espresso so you can also use ese pods. Oh yea Neweggs price 100 less than anywhere I found... Very nice.

Cons: I wish reservoir was for both the coffee side and the espresso side. also cup warmer on top does not get really hot enough to take chill off of cups.

Other Thoughts: I was able to find info online so i could see the products manual and could see all the parts however I miss understood the removable reservoir.
