Pros: Brings my razor back to life, seems to cut even closer then when i bought it a few years ago. Price is cheaper then buying at retail stores and also has/had free shipping which makes this deal that much better

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I would recommend if you have hole's in your foil or if the razer pulls when trimming the long stuff. I love panasonic razers!
