Pros: Nice shape and design. Its very practical and low priced compared to similar ones.

Cons: Its made very cheap as other reviews state. Ours worked fine for the first few uses. Now it does not heat the water anymore. I am not quite sure how anyone can get a coffee maker wrong....but these guys pulled it off! Congrats tostess!

Pros: Works as expected until it dies.

Cons: Badly Designed thermal protection.
If you forget to swing the water spigot over the filter before you turn it on, it will continuously heat the water in the reservoir until it melts it's fusible links, which apparently melt at a lower temperature than the switch will turn off if the heater tube still has water in it.
So as long as you always check the water spigot it should keep working.
