Rosewill R-BFS-11001 Body Fat Monitor Glass Electronic Scale

Pros: After turning it on setting it up and entering in all my info it give me my weight.

Cons: Not exactly hard to setup but it is tedious. The controls are sensitive and there isn't really an "on" switch. It is easy to screw up filling out the info it asks.
It has a mutli-user setup so, when you turn it on, you need to log into a certain user to weight yourself and the controls are outrageously sensitive and easy to log into a user that hasn't been created(meaning you have to go through the user creation process again, or wait for it to sleep to go back) , or log into the wrong user and either screw up their weight settings or wait till it sleeps again to start over.

Other Thoughts: If you just want to know your weight and not really anything else like (body mass info, water weight, etc) just get an analog scale.

Pros: Worked for a little while. A good boat anchor.

Cons: No longer works.

Pros: You can set different people's info on it. Batteries last FOREVER (just changed them today; after a year). It is MUCH better than these ratings and reviews are trying to say. I seriously don't get where these people get off. I'm not a huge Rosewill fan, but this low rating is unjustified.

Cons: I can't be sure if it's right...and it won't tell me that I am lighter than I am!

Other Thoughts: The ratings by trolls are completely unwarranted, this scale is just fine -- especially for the price.

Pros: Works fine. Colorful, advanced functions if you're into that.

Cons: Tons of poor reviews? If you can't use a scale.. I mean... You are shopping new egg?

Other Thoughts: I don't mean to troll but anyone notice the number of incompetent posts for something marketed towards the obese?

Got thus add a gag gift for work last xmas (women and their weight loss contests)

Pros: If you do not want to spend a lot on a scale, it is not bad, but ...

Cons: ... it is a pain to get it to work. If you are willing to spend more for a scale, do not get this one.

Other Thoughts: The toe tapping is ridiculous, and getting it to "read" toe taps is difficult at best. Entering information is a pain because of this. If you hit it right, it will start on the user option. It does not have an off button, and you need to wait for it to time out.

You need to wait for it to read 0.0 before stepping on it.

Pros: Accurate with a great design. Multiple user capability and easy to program/use. Best scale I ever owned!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Still running on the original battery for almost a year!!

Pros: Scale might be good, but software makes it hard to use

Cons: in the trash unuseable

Pros: This is nothing but junk. I tried to return but Rosewell didn't want it back.

Cons: Wouldn't work. The face broke easily.

Pros: Keeps track of everyone in the house. Easy to read. Matches the weight scales at the DR office.

Cons: Kind of hard to understand how it works. After I went over the instructions a couple of times there was no problem.

Pros: - Great design, very sleek and aesthetically pleasing.
- Solid and sturdy.
- A lot of functions.
- Great price.

Cons: - Lacks in consistence of readings (1-2lbs off on almost every reading, but not that big of a deal to me.)
- Clever but poorly executed features such as, tap-torn-on feature. Requires multiple heavy taps to turn on.
- Slightly slow readings and loading (if too impatient, it will cause errors.)

Other Thoughts: This product deserves more praise. It's a great product for the price and all the features and great design you're getting. This thing goes for $30.00 and up on other places and other scales with this many features (not even as aesthetically pleasing as this one) go for even higher.

It does however lack consitence of readings and is poor in executing some of the features it offers. I can see how a newblet will call it "c---" due to not reading the instructions and claiming it doesn't work.

Complex products like these need some amount of knowledge to use, so...read the d--- manual first.
