Pros: Cheap

Cons: 1. The lid is very hard to close. And when closed, there is a larger gap around the lid's rim. So I would like to have it replaced.
2. The outside gets quite hot

Pros: Cheap that's about it.

Cons: Unit is slow to boil water and when it does finish it turns itself off and allows the water to turn cold. I know there is a function to shut off after boil but it was not set to shut off after boil. The unit's internal water tank started rusting (YES RUSTING) after 3 months.

Other Thoughts: makes for bad land fill trash.

Pros: Many fancy settings but bad design

Cons: Poor quality, slow heating, slow filling, try to bb too cute to shut itself off, etc

Other Thoughts: I have bought this product from newegg since last year. I had used it for a while and then gave up. No one use it now.

Pros: bad quality.

Cons: Cheap, but still not worth it.

Pros: I like its functions and it initially worked well.

Cons: It broke down after 6 months without any physical damage. It is not reliable at all.

Pros: Awesome! Have Tea, apple cider, soup, anything, anytime we want! Love it!

Other Thoughts: Wish it had a timer on it.

Pros: none really

Cons: -Takes like 20 minutes to heat up water
- the digital dispensary is horrible, does not push water out half the time and when it does, it comes out real slow.
- due to its size its uncomfortable to keep it where you want
- It is a sitting ghost in my house right now, just occupying space, I bought a normal water boiler, and I can freely make some tea and coffee now.
- This is a waste of space and money, avoid this, your life will be better.

Other Thoughts: Rosewill is always a gamble with me, sometimes they make a good product, sometimes its just junk. They have potential, I don't understand what keeps holding them back from continuing on making decent quality products and not junk like this.

Pros: Cheap

Cons: The point of such a water boiler is to hold boiled hot water so that when you want hot water you can get hot water instantaneously. This Roswell, however, does not keep the water hot, so that it could save energy. Furthermore, when you hit the water dispense button, it takes about 5 seconds before the unit pumps water out. We tried to work with the shortcomings for about a year, but ended up never using it. We recently threw it away and got a Panasonic (about $80), but it works like a charm.

Pros: Cheap price

Cons: I bought this and just recently took it out and used it for a few days (3-4 days) and it now died on me !!! This is a horrible product, at least in my case. Too bad, I could have check it out right after I bought it! Because it still can be returned for refund.
