Pros: I have owed/used 5 induction cookers. This one has the best design and quality. 1800 Max power is far sufficient to handle all scenarios. The touching keypad is sensitive and have longer life than membrane keypad. Very satisfied with the build quality and price.

Other Thoughts: I only use it for 1 month so far. I'm not sure how long will it last.

Pros: This is a fabulous cooktop. It heats up only the pan, and as soon as it's turned off it cools down instantly. Food cooks faster but doesn't burn. It's easy to wipe off with just a damp cloth. It looks great too! I've been using it for a few months now and can't imagine life without it! It's much more efficient than using the electric range and costs less to run.

Other Thoughts: Using just one, I can cook a meal with several different pots, as it's fast and nothing gets cold, but I plan to buy one more and then get rid of my big stove as I also have a smaller induction oven.

Pros: Power is large, boil water quickly, and it's easy to use，so i’m very glad to buy it.

Cons: no cons, it's perfect!

Cons: But broken halfway. It seems that it overheat due to some reason, and display some error code.

Other Thoughts: Request for a return. However, they require me to send back the stainless pot. That pot has no problem, but occupy a much larger volume than the induction cooker itself. It is extremely hard to send them back for repairment in a economical way.

Pros: It looks real good. Easy to use. Instructions of use are good. Cooks as expected.
Most of my pots and pans work with it.
Came with it's own pan.

Cons: none so far.

Other Thoughts: 1st one was lost or stolen in transit. Even though shipping company did nothing to remedy the loss. One call to Newegg and they sent out another within a week.

Pros: OK, I'm back. My original review was written on 02/28/14 and it has been the “Top Favorable Review”, so now I have been using 2 of the Rosewill induction units for almost 1 ½ years. I usually use the 'TIMER” and when you learn your TIMER and TEMPERATURE settings you don't have to worry about burning pots. Yes I have burnt some pots when I was in a hurry and forgot to turn the “TIMER” on. The pots and pans have turned RED from the high heat. The units shut-down, cooled off and they are still working beautifully. Cleanup is a breeze, just a damp rag or sponge on the crystal cooktop and it is like new.

I actually have given up using my electric coil range, I haven't used it in a 1 ½ years.

I did have one small problem with the old style pots, the rivets that attach the handles rusted and the handles came off but I still use them.

I have also used a 16 plus quart stock pot and the unit did the job.

My bigest problem now is that I cook to much. Glad I got these units, they are great.............

Other Thoughts: Well made and an excellent product..........

Pros: We got the cooktop basically to save a bit of money on the electric bill. I read somewhere that a normal electric range uses .60 cents of a dollar to cook something while an induction cooker uses .90 cents. Anyway, the thing is amazing. It heats cast iron twice as fast as our electric range and I was very surprised how much faster water boils. If you are a gas user and like the fact you can decrease and increase temperatures almost instantly you will really like this system.

Cons: Nothing so far is a con. The settings are somewhat strange as the increments aren't what I would have used in designing it, but other than that I love it.

Other Thoughts: For those complaining about the pan you should be ashamed of yourselves. That is hardly a reason to buy an induction cooktop. It is probably thrown in for those that don't do a bit of homework and try using their aluminum pans with it.

Pros: no pros. get a better brand that is guaranteed not to break or you money back. This offers extended warranty for garbage. means your going to be wasting your time dealing with it.

Cons: its going to overheat and break. I didn't use it enough to Identify it as normal wear. I only used it like one week a month. I would use it to heat up bread or tortillas and it would shut off * after cooking 9 tortillas at 300. then I would have to wait until it cools. now it doesn't didn't turn on.
