Pros: Works well while it lasts

Cons: After a little over 2 years the motor still runs but the head doesn't vibrate. Out of warranty too. This is too expensive to replace every 2 years.

Pros: This is my first electric toothbrush. For me an absolute hit! This unit has a cleaning stage, message, sensitive and short cycle. I can't say enough about how it makes your mouth feel.
I used my regular toothbrush well and always brushed at least four minutes, but the feeling you get with the Sonicare is unmatched as far as I'm concerned. I love it.

Cons: The on/off button would be my only complaint. Easy to hit when brushing, easily corrected with practice.

Pros: Works great

Pros: I am a dentist and of all the electric brushes on the market, I consider this and newer Diamond model from Philips the gold standard in electric tooth brush technology.
I was gung-ho about this model and all the models from Philips in general until 3 out of 4 units failed after less than 3 yrs of use. Prior to their failure, most of the failures I experienced was the depletion of the internal battery that no longer held the charge, whether it was from Philips or competitior.
The newer, Li-ion battery in this unit is lighter and holds charge longer. UV light is sound science although it is not necessary. Vigorous brushing action is by far the best in the market.

Cons: My only problem with these units is that the metal rod that the brush head inserts into separated and failed in 3 of the units that my family uses in less than three years. I contacted Philips and their response was canned and not helpful. So while it lasted, it worked great. I'm wondering if they improved the design in their lastest, greatest model, the Diamond, which I am using now.

Pros: Found a product I was looking for and they not only had it, at a reasonable price, received it the next day. Awesome!

Other Thoughts: Will continue to look to NewEgg for future purchases.

Other Thoughts: This is the best toothbrush. I would recommend it to everyone. My teeth never felt so clean and healthy before. I like everything about it. It works great, cleans great and it also looks great. The travel charger and travel case are very useful.

Pros: -Li-ion battery: New models of sonicare use a li-ion battery which last much longer than the old nickel batteries they used. They switched to lithium a year or so ago so if you pick one of these up at a store make sure to check the bottom of the box to make sure it says it contains a lithium battery

-UV sterilizer + charger dock: Doesn't take up much room and very easy to use.

-Lightweight: Didn't really notice a difference when switching from conventional brush to sonicare weightwise.

-Travel Charger: The lithium battery in this model is supposed to last about 3 weeks, so I don't really see the point in the travel charger but it is always nice to have for emergencies I suppose.

-Carrying case: Comes with a nice compact carrying case that can fit your handle and 2 brush heads.

-Features: With all the modes pretty much anyone can find a way to use this brush the way they like.

Cons: -Price: This is really the only con I can think of, but see other thoughts for more on this.

Other Thoughts: I was skeptical about getting a $100+ toothbrush, but I figured if it keeps me from getting a cavity every year then it would be worth it so I took the dive. I could not believe how amazing this brush was. After my first use I knew it was well worth the price and would end up being one of the best purchases I've ever made.

I got this exact model from a different site for $117... that's nearly 40% off! So there are ways around the price if you take the time to look around.
I used google shopping to search the model number and then checked out retailmenot.com for coupons on the 4 lowest sites I found on google shopping. From there I was able to get the price down to $117 from drugstore.com.

Pros: Very good tooth brush, feels super refreshed afterusing. Somewhat make you enjoy the brushing process. Also, newegg ships very quickly

Cons: Cannot really tell the clear differences among all 5 modes

Pros: I got it on sale for $109.99 a few days ago. It absolutely blasts plaque off your teeth. After using this toothbrush just once my teeth was a shade or two brighter. Also because your teeth are so clean they feel clean almost all day. It makes your mouth feel so clean your excited to use it again.

Pros: Highly recommended by my dentist father. Was hesitant because of the cost but I could never go back to a standard toothbrush. Does a fantastic job!

Cons: Price (replacement heads are over 5$ each even at bulk stores)
I have sensitive teeth and (I don't understand why) if I start it while it's on one of my sensitive teeth, it is overwhelming. If I start at a different part of my mouth then move to my sensitive teeth it's no problem. If I wanted they have lower setting also for sensitive teeth but I don't bother.
