Ragalta Pure Life Cutlery PLKS-2500 12pc Knife Block Set

Pros: This knife set is really nice. I know since my previous job working as a chef's assistant and cook daily at home. I really love these knives and they are balanced well, have great ergonomic black wood and stainless handles which fit in my hands well. I have big hands and most knives are uncomfortable. They look like great quality stainless steel and they are very very sharp.

Three days after i received them, I tried them on some partially frozen chicken by butterflying the breasts and they cut through the frozen like they were butter. Nice knife block too. These knives are well worth the sale promo price I paid of $59.95. I have some professional knives

Even the regular $79.95 price is well worth it. I was in WM the other day and their $110 stainless knives don't even compare to these, which I would never buy knives from WM anyway.

Cons: None really, only slight thickness difference of professional chef's knives. These are slightly lighter too but not really a con.

Other Thoughts: The only reason I have this knife set 4 eggs was because they are a little thinner than some of the professional knives on the market, but the thickness difference is only so slight and not noticeable unless you have them next to each other.

I still have yet to sharpen them and test out the stainless in water to see how high the quality really is.
