Cons: I Ordered from a non signed up account and i have been waiting 2 days i have not recieved my tower fan

Other Thoughts: I wouldnt recommend this product very long time taking takes more then 48 hours to ship à
Wouldnt buy this product again would take very long

Pros: All the parts needed to assemble the product were delivered. It also moves the air around as intended.

Cons: The only thing new was the screws needed to put the base together. Had all the scratches and blemishes one would imagine a used product having. The oscillating range is almost 90 degrees, and is as loud as any other fan.

Other Thoughts: Product is made in China.

Pros: Wouldn't even know. Got a fan without a remote and half the base missing.

Cons: Merchant sends me a used items with missing parts.

Pros: A nice fan. Oscillates well, quiet and smooth.

Cons: None really so far. Hope the fan lasts...

Other Thoughts: Don't use the remote much, but when I do it seems to be not very responsive. It works but it may take a couple of presses to get the fan to respond. There is a hook on the remote and it attaches pretty well to the fan when not in use. Every now and then, I'll hear a groan or 'catch' with oscillation turned on. Not too annoying but I hope it is not a sign of impending failure.

Pros: I need to update my prior review as Lasko has stood behind their product and they offered a way for me to get a replacement with minimal shipping costs on my part. This is a rare company and they are worth a significant upgrade in my rating. My mistake, I should have just called them before I made the prior review. I just rarely find such good customer service; I should have given them a chance.

Cons: No More

Pros: Works for a while.

Cons: After just a few weeks, the bearings in the motor failed and now, it is unusable if you are trying to sleep. Now I have a great fan if I don't mind constant rattling. Of course, it costs way too much to ship for warranty. I'm going back to a quality metal fan from a known company.

Other Thoughts: Very disappointed. I should have know better.

Pros: It runs so quietly sometimes I forget that it is on. Even at the highest speed, you can hardly hear it. The remote is great, and there's a spot on the back of the fan to place the remote so you don't lose it.

Cons: It wobbles a little when oscilating, but that doesn't bother me very much.
