Pros: Easy to use, very light, inexpensive device.

Cons: Looks like it could break a any time, but so far so good. Even if you have to buy a new one every 6 months at this price ($20) is still a pretty good deal.

Other Thoughts: I have a Shark Steamer, and this one actually cleans bteer than the Shark Steamer,, I just wish they could use a slight bit better material.

Pros: Easy to use, removes tough dried on spills.

Cons: Requires either distilled water or more frequent cleaning.

Pros: Cleans great

Cons: lost it in a move

Other Thoughts: This is not a grout cleaner and NO steam mop is equipped to do that. You can sit on your hands and knees with a toothbrush and bleach and your grout will still not get clean................grout is POUROUS, it is CEMENT and it belongs OUTSIDE on your sidewalks where you can powerwash it!!!!!!!!!!! If your grout has never been sealed, forget it, you have to paint it (some products call it grout stain, but it is a paint and it will seal it for about a year or so until you have to do it again...... cement belongs outside as I stated earlier............don't expect miracles from any steamer with grout. Blame your new home builder or contractor for not suggesting you seal your grout before you live with it!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons: Not much steam comes out of it.

Other Thoughts: Shouldn't the number one priority of a floor steamer be that it delivers a decent amount of steam to the surface? No comparison with other personal use models like The Shark. Oh well, I guess you get what you pay for, and this one was very inexpensive. Live and learn.

Cons: I put the cap on it and it snapped off...this cannot be used after 3 weeks.

Other Thoughts: Trash .... waste of money....I want my money back, but I threw out the box the day it came now 3 weeks later it is not working...will never buy from this site again cannot believe you have to keep all packaging and instructions just to return something. This box was large and I put it out on trash day.

Pros: It is sooo quiet! No noisy motor! Takes off stick stuff on the floor that I would normally have to crawl down and scrap off! Floor dries very quickly. The floor feels clean. No cleaner smell when you walk in the door.

Cons: Because it does not have moving brushes it will not get the grout between tiles - this should be expected

Other Thoughts: It is a great alternative between scrubbing the floor.

Pros: Works very well on our tile floors.
Wife hasn't found anything to complain about with this, so that should say something.

Cons: Doesn't clean the floors by itself. :)

Other Thoughts: Got this on sale to replace a different brand that broke on us. We've had it nearly a year and it's working great. Excellent for cleaning tile floors, so I would imagine it would be good on any hard floor surface.

Pros: WORKS AND CLEANS FINE. CONTRARY TO OPINION THE HANDLE IS STURDY. IT IT METAL. THE UNIT GLIDES ON THE FLOOR EASY. LOTS AOF STEAM BUT NOT TO MUCH.

Cons: CORD COULD BE LONGER BUT NOT TO BAD NOW.

Pros: Light weight, cheap, does a good job when it works.

Cons: Worked for two uses then died on me. Could not get this thing to work again.

Other Thoughts: Jumped out the thermal switch then it worked. Does not recommend to do this because it's dangerous.

Pros: Nice not having a mop and bucket to lug around.

Cons: Stopped working after 3 uses.

Other Thoughts: The second time we used this, we had a hard time getting the unit to start. The third time and it wouldn't start at all. Don't waste your money on this. Spend a little more and get something better. This is a VERY poorly designed product.
