Other Thoughts: I've always been a diligent flosser, but it's kinda spooky to see what this thing can blast out even after using regular dental floss. I'll always have one of these devices from now on. Didn't take long for my gums to adjust to max pressure setting.

Pros: Its a great product, a little pricey but worth it if you're a frequent flosser. Cleans well in between teeth and you get used to the routine on how to use this product.

Other Thoughts: I didn't know this but certain tips that come with the machine need to replaced after a certain time, depending on use. I just use the regular standard tip and it gets everything done just fine.

Pros: Had mine going on a month now and use it morning noon and night. What a dfference! Gums are tightly pukered and no more bleeding. Crank it up until you reach 10 after a couple few weeks and make sure you use it! It works for me!

Pros: Awesome power and controls. This baby is the Mike Tyson of dental water pulsers. This unit is only one with the power you need and the tips. A turkey baster could squeeze water if you didn't care about power. If you have gum disease or a toothache that needs root canal - this baby can pull you're bacon out of a sling (use baking soda). Other units are like toys - squirt guns to waster time. Don't pass this unit to save 10 bucks!

Cons: No water irrigator is neat or easy. This one is so powerful it can spray your mirror and clothes if you run it and set it wrong before knowing its capabilities. Other irrigators are kittens with low life expectancy. This one is the Gordon Freeman of dental utilities.

Other Thoughts: I cured a case of gum disease with this. I was told I needed a 3.5k operation. This and a few boxes of baking soda fixed all.

Pros: 1. Really easy to use. Flossing is now kinda fun!
2. I actually saw food debris coming out, and a little section of my gum actually bled. That means it's doing it's job. Mind you I used string floss semi-regularly.

Cons: 1. Comes with 6 tips while the attachment holder has room for 4.
2. If you need to really do a good job (specially on the high pressure settings) you'd need to refill the reservoir a few times.

Other Thoughts: I think everyone who realizes the need to floss regularly but get's frustrated at how much of a pain regular string floss is - should get this. I wish I had gotten it earlier. Some reviewers mentioned water splashing everywhere - you could minimize that by bending low over the sink. At any rate, better some water droplets here and there than food particles flicked all over the mirror!

Pros: Very effective. Gums bleed like a banshee, so you know it is working well. Such a better solution than ripping string through your gums....GET IT!

Cons: As some others report, get ready to clean up that spray, but I'm sure that's with any device of this nature. Top storage compartment doesn't have holders for all of the attachments...why?

Pros: I loved the way it clean my teeth, blasting everything between my teeth & gum. it comes with diff gadget. very elegant looking & compact. just add some mouth wash to keep your mouth taste fresh. very useful if you have bridges & cap teeth

Cons: no matter how careful you are water splashes all over the place. you have to keep you mouth closed or else I have to clean the sink everytime you used the machine. hard to clean those accessories(inside the tubes).

Other Thoughts: use the bathtub instead of the bathroom sink if you dont feel like cleaning them.

Pros: adjustable power setting, easy to use and clean, alot of attachments
