Pros: Accurate, cuff not too large
Other Thoughts: I backed the oscillometric-obtained reading with a stethoscope, listening for Korotkoff sounds. The oscillometric method was only 3 mm/Hg higher than the audible method. Acceptable. But remember if you're running a little high ....

Pros: Omron is a good brand, I tried it before, but remember for those electronic monitors (all of them), u have to do the measurement (as described) at least three times until it starts to give you close-to-right reading.
Cons: The cuff is too big, I think it’s made for very large people (very thick arm), but still it works for the thin ones. I think I didnt read that in the main title, my mistake.
