At last, clean air !
- Pros: Really is a charm, my girlfriend had allergies because of my two cats. She had trouble sleeping because of her allergies ... now, she can sleeps easily because the air is constantly cleaned. It has been running continuously for the past 38 days, really quiet on the "low" setting ...

Good for mods
- Pros: unit draws air in the front and blows it out the top so its good to go near a wall. i like the construction - it is very easy to cut a filter for this. the filter you get is a high quality pleated with cardboard frame. some people are adding a carbon filter in front of this. i bought a 'trim to fit filter' with carbon layer for nine bucks that I cut up into 6 smaller filters to fit this. you do the math. i won't be spending twelve bucks a pop on 3M filters. but i will be buying another unit for my guest bedroom. its a very good product for $40. i love newegg.
- Cons: i read several places that this model is discontinued and the filters are no longer available. who cares? you are an idiot if you can't make your own filter! its a box with a fan and an air filter. how hard is that to figure out?
- Other Thoughts: i could make an exact copy of the 3M filter with a larger 3M filter purchased at one of those diy stores, however, the one size 'trim to fit filter' with plastic grid is easier than having to construct a cardboard frame. and it has the carbon layer to remove odors.
great little unit
- Pros: Super little unit. Bought 2- 1 for my daughter's apartment and one for our office. She has two cats and one gives her a bit of allergy problems.. She said after two days the allergy symptoms were gone!
- Cons: A bit noisy on high setting
- Other Thoughts: We keep it on the floor at work ( we have a tire store with displays in office on floor) Helps keep down the odor of the tires as well as the dust that accumulates from them.
Great for homes with cats or dogs. Never worry about people with high allergies in our house.
