Other Thoughts: Don't buy this refurb unit! I purchased one and it showed up beat to heck and missing parts. I RMA'd the unit and got another one shipped. This one was worst than the first!
The box looked like it barely survived the explosion of the Death Star. Packaging material was non-existent and pieces were broken.
I spoke with Newegg and according to them, they don't inspect the units, they are as Hamilton sent them over, but man, someone had to see the shape of the box.
Regardless, Newegg is awesome and offered to refund my $ on this one, but man, they really should give Hamilton Beach heck about the state of these!

Pros: The engine of this juice xtractor is just great, it does the job perfeclty.
Cons: There was no shipping package (arrived only on the product box), no matter that, it works great.

Pros: It really works
Cons: The box looks as if it was by stagecoach and it was held-up by the Frank & Jesse James. The pulp container was damage and no brush are manual.
Other Thoughts: I have been ording from Newegg for a very long time and this is the worst I have every seen an item shipped. I was very disappointed.
