Mostly good, but what a mess...
Pros: The biggest thing to remember is that this thing does juice fruits and veggies very well. the fibrous plant waste it spits out is pretty dry. Just to test things, i put all that stuff through the juicer again to see if I could get some more juice out of it and only a drop or two came out. I'm pretty happy with that. It also seems to be strong enough to handle things like a whole cold lemon which makes my life much easier. Overall, its a rock solid juicer and at a very reasonable price.
Cons: There is one big problem with this thing and that it makes a mess. A huge mess. Annoyingly so. Beyond the typical "have to wash every part after every use" thing, it spits out pieces of plant everywhere, even with careful use. There is an air vent in the receiving bin that constantly shoots stuff out of. On top of this, the spout for the juice itself is in a state of constant drip. I have to keep a napkin under it because even after waiting a few minutes, it still drips....it drips until i pull the machine apart to clean it.
Other Thoughts: All in all the mess doesn't outweigh the price and effectiveness of the unit. I'll keep it and just cope with the cleanup but beware... this thing is a chore. Unlike a blender it has multiple parts that are annoying to clean. The idea and technology are pretty solid, but more work needs to be done in developing a design that doesn't generate such a mess. I get carrot bits on my walls sometimes....that's annoying.
