Pros: Okay, I know what you're thinking, "A yogurt maker? On NewEgg? Why?"

Because this is the best dang thing that will ever happen to your life. I bought this a few months ago when it was on a shell shocker deal, and I've made dozens of batches.

Prior to this yogurt maker going on sale I hadn't even thought of making yogurt. I now make 3 batches a week.

My initial batches tasted incredibly tart. After cooking overnight I'd put them in the fridge, and after work come back to have them. They would be a very solid consistency, but as soon as I started to mix them up, they'd basically turn to water.

My solution now is to drain the batches for a while, and it's basically become a very very tasty greek yogurt.

Cons: Takes too long, but that's physics/nature's fault, not the machine.

Other Thoughts: Protip: Put a bit of honey in the cups and mix around before turning the machine on, makes yogurt you would shank an angel for.

Pros: I like the whole digital concept with auto shut off.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: I have only mad one batch but I am still working out my method of milks and cultures. My batch came out very "gogurt" consistency. I will make some more soon.

Pros: Easy to understand instructions, easy to use, helpful recipe included.
Followed instruction and succeeded at the first time.

Cons: have to wait too long :-)

Other Thoughts: i replaced milk with a combination of [1 can of sweetened condensed milk + 3 and 1/2 cup of boiling water] and the result is much better for Vietnamese yogurt lovers

Cons: Each cup only holds about 1/2 cup and there are 8 cups. So each batch is only two meals.

Other Thoughts: It is easy to make great tasting yogurt in this machine. I've been using organic milk (no messing with heating and cooling). With a little sucralose and vanilla (not 3 tablespoons like the recipe calls for, more like 1 teaspoon), it comes out awesome!
