Pros: Looks nice.
Cons: Made insane grinding noise and shot sparks out the side. Somehow it shorted out against the case and doesn't work at all. First DOA from Newegg and they want $50 to ship it back. Total disappointment, not from Kitchenaid, I can understand that defective parts happen, but from Newegg.
Other Thoughts: I'll change this review if and when my return arrives. I know Kitchenaid from years of using their products that this doesn't happen very often.
