Pros: It can be used while the cord is plugged in, or, once fully charged, it can be used without the cord.
It has three shaving heads: sensitive, close, and ultra-clean. I use the "close" head, and it does better than my "other brand" rotary shaver.
Made in the U.S.A.! Most others are not.
Far less expensive than what appear to be the much more popular and well-known name-brand shavers.

Cons: It is loud, much more so than a rotary shaver.
The plastic cover that shields the shaving head when not in use does not snap onto the shaver securely enough; it loosens easily and falls off.
The vibration of the motor sometimes causes the cord to vibrate loose and come out of the shaver while in use -- that is, if used with the cord plugged in. This is a minor consideration, since it can be used without the cord after allowing it to charge.

Other Thoughts: All things considered, I would buy this shaver again and again. It works quite effectively, and costs far less than most other shavers on the market. I am happy with it.
