Pros: Great appliance! Having the reversible plates makes it easy to switch from waffle iron to griddle. Does great on temperatures. The "Waffles" setting works just right. The griddle side made one mean grilled ham and cheese sandwich.

Cons: It shows a little cup for drippings when you are using the griddle on the box but it doesn't come with one. Thats the only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5.

Other Thoughts: Get it! It cuts down on kitchen clutter because I can now use this instead of having three different gadgets, my griddle, my knockoff (and terrible) foreman like grill, and my waffle iron that was burning waffles.
