Cons: If the basket is not perfectly fit, the coffee leaks over the counter. It is like a hit and miss. No matter how perfect I placed the basket, it can still leak. Very frustrating. Cons: Ease of use: The View for water level is so dark you cannot tell where the water is. Safety: Today - on its own, it started clicking on and off. Kinda scary to think of it doing that at night or when you are away. Doesn't seem well made. Panels not aligned. Cheap. Flimsy. Other Thoughts: It was fast. I hated that the water level indicator did not function but as I had already invested in baby filters, I opted to keep using it. When it started turning itself on and off repeatedly, I unplugged it and threw it away. Goodbye box of baby filters.
