Didn't last very long before top element burned out. Other Thoughts: We received a B&D toaster as a wedding gift and it lasted nearly 20 years before it died. Based on that great experience, it was a no-brainer to buy another one from the same manufacturer. (from another vendor, sorry Newegg) What an incredible disappointment. Anemic performance, short life before element burnout. Wish I could get my money back, but it's past the 1 year warranty. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS TOASTER. Did you find this review helpful? Only two heating elements Broil tray sits under rack and has no built in handle, so it's basically a grease/crumb tray that sits under the rack. No auto shut off Does not shut off when you open the door Other Thoughts: I have it three stars because it does what it says well enough. I did not expect Newegg to sneak 13 dollar shipping onto this and so I paid 33 dollars for a 19 dollar toaster oven.
