Dough blade was missing from box
Buttons look touch sensitive but are same old mechanical style your grandma's had under a plastic bubble. That does keep food from getting in the cracks but it's odd to use like that (and yet it works)

Item not as pictured. They pictured the black model with stainless trim. I instead received the white model. I would have returned it but it was a Christmas present so I let that slide.

Other Thoughts: Don't be fooled by the low price. What it can do it does acceptably and while it's not as durable feeling as $150+ food processors, it's fine for the selling price. Cord could be a bit longer but it reaches where I need it to for my use.

Bit of a pain to clean all the different edges and crannies. Supposedly dishwasher safe but I bet dishwashing machine detergent with silica in it would make the clear plastic hazy looking before long.

I wouldn't buy it again, wanted the Black & Stainless version but besides cosmetics they are otherwise exactly the same. -1 egg for that and -1 egg for it missing the dough blade which I still haven't heard back from Black & Decker support about. Fortunately the primary use for it doesn't revolve around dough.
