It work for 2 whole days before dying completely and for the 2 days it didn't cool the room except for at night when it only cooled the room 4-5 degrees below outside temps. Pros: Newegg rocks with their RMA process.

Cons: Item sent to me was an Amana not Haier. It work for 2 whole days before dying completely and for the 2 days it didn't cool the room except for at night when it only cooled the room 4-5 degrees below outside temps.

Other Thoughts: I have shopped with the Egg for many years and will continue to do so because they have the best customer service.
