Makes fries even, shoe-string potatoes and use the sweet potatoes too. Cons: Storage; I put all the pieces in a large zipper bag so I have them clean and won't need to look for pieces. Pros: Easy and quickly makes you a great salad with some cheese grated on top, just switch out the graters for different sixes and vegetables. Makes fries even, shoe-string potatoes and use the sweet potatoes too.
