Pros: nice carrying case with lots of plugins

Cons: Absolutely useless, does not convert anything to be used without the fear of it blowing it into pieces. I bought one to use in Germany, but ended up to be a paper weight in my luggage. I plugged in my iPOD to charge or my camera battery charger and the lights flickered and it made a clicking sound consistently as if it was about to blow up. In other words it would turn on and off, not giving a constant flow electric current. So, I abandon the use of it all together for the fear it would damage my electronics. I am very disappointed.

Other Thoughts: My parents Samsonite travel charger was able to handle anything, honestly pay a little more for something that works.

Pros: I was very afraid when i bought this thinking it would be like most other converters i have bought cheap and worthless and not being able to handle what they were rated at. Turns out this baby performed to its expections and then some. Have used for 2 month straight on a daily basis chargin phones, laptops and cameras. My wife used it for her blow dryer, straightner and iron. No problems at all.
Also tons of all sorts of attachments and instructions on how to use each.
Relatively small for such high output

Cons: It is heavy. Dont be fooled by the reduced size this thing weighs maybe 2-3 pounds. if you dont use it in a flat/on the ground type plug it will likely come out of the plug at the smallest jerk.

Pros: worked the alarm clock

Cons: that's all it could handle. almost blew out a laptop's adapter.

Other Thoughts: I've used it in a couple places with 220v power. I use it for my 110v electric toothbrush charger and wireless router all the time and occasionally plug in an ext HDD. I used a 3 outlet surge protector plugged into it to get more outlets. It has worked great for me for almost 6 months now.

I'm currently stationed in Afghanistan and we have 220V Power wired throughout our tents. I wanted to (now achieved, NO thanks to this product) have a small TV (also bought on Newegg: Auria 24" 5ms 1080p LCD HDTV EQ2488F/ GREAT PICTURE!!) strung up on the underside of the top bunk above me at the foot of the bed so I could play my XBOX360 (which is what I needed this product for as the TV supports 220V).

After reading the instructions that came with this converter however I discovered that it states that it is NOT intended for extended use (Beyond 30 minutes) and specifically states you should NOT plug in TV's, Computers, and by extention XBOX 360's.

The High wattage setting (>50W) is only recommended for short term (30 min) use. It's also not intended for use with Power strips or other devices which have Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters.

Other Thoughts: What is this device good for???? Had to buy a step down transformer from the local Afghan shops.

Pros: Excellent converter! I did lots of research on this type of product since I wanted my electronics to be safe overseas and this is the best product for this purpose. I used this in Germany and France and had no problems. The auto-switching is an awesome feature because you never have to worry about using the right wattage setting.

Cons: None, don't look any further, just buy it.

Other Thoughts: If you plan to use this to power up multiple items at once make sure you take a standard US extension cord that has the 3 receptacles at one end. I used this converter to plug in and charge my laptop, cell phone and toothbrush at the same time, works great!
