Pros: the nose trimmer works.... kinda

Cons: This unit seemed nice and looks like it has all that one would like to have in a trimmer. However the first time I used it I spent more time attempting to keep all the parts in the base that I ended up scrapping it (except to hold the motor) and using a small bag. The foil shaver works about as good as used disposable blade. all the other trimmers do not provide a close shave and I had to go back with a razor to clean the stubble that it could not get.

Other Thoughts: Don't waste your money on this trimmer.

I did not purchase this from New Egg (so not there fault)

Pros: I have had this thing for years now and it's still working.

Cons: The battery has never lasted very long

Other Thoughts: Well I think this was very cheap and I would like an upgrade as it dies pretty fast after a few uses, but it's so tough and won't break so I can't seem to find a reason to upgrade. It does what it's suppose too though so you won't be mad if you get one, unless you are looking for something great.

Pros: Low price, does what it's advertised to do

Cons: Poor design choices on all fronts. Every part included with the shaver has something depressing about it. The stand itself can only flimsily hold the attachments, really gives no clue as to how to mount the attachments to it, and the "instructions" in the "manual" (a single giant sheet of paper in probably 15 languages) is literally a blurry, low resolution black and white picture of everything mounted, taken from the worst possible angle (nearly top down). Should also mention that the stand was not made to hold all the attachments included with the shaver. The was most annoying thing about it's design.

You have force the attachments onto the shaver so hard when you change them, I'm afraid I'm going to break the thing. Also, it includes blade oil... which the manual says never to use on the shaver.

Other Thoughts: It garbage and not really worth buying at any price.

Pros: Does a decent job until you need to replace battery

Cons: It works fine, but to change the battery, you need to have a TINY screwdriver and you need to take out FIVE screws and take the shave apart into FIVE pieces, which you then need to reassemble. Oh, and it also take a special battery, which you'll need to buy and you'll also need to recycle it in a designated hazardous waste recycling center. Easy peasy, right? I couldn't even get the battery out. It turned on by itself while dissassembled and I had to cut the wire to get it to stop.

Obviously, this was planned obsolescence, since most people will get frustrated and throw it out. Will NEVER buy another Conair groomer. I am posting this review on sites so people won't be as frustrated as I was and the landfills won't fill up with junk.

Pros: Very compact, very easy to use, and produces great results.

Cons: Battery will go bad on small trimmers like this (I've had other brands with same battery problems)

Other Thoughts: Swapping blades is *trivial*: hold the trimmer as you would hold a microphone, blade facing up and teeth towards you. Then press blade teeth with your thumb (both thumbs is easier), and blade will come off. No need for screwdrivers or other tools

Pros: Inexpensive, includes lots of blades.

Cons: I cannot figure out how to swap the blades on this unit. First you will need a small phillipshead screw driver (not included) to swap between blades. I tried all the blades but I could not see how they fit. Also the unit was over oiled. Not sure why it needs oiled considering the parts are plastic that are moving. I wish my cheaply made Nelcro was still working. Everything snapped on and off on it. I would not recommend purchasing this one.

Other Thoughts: The instructions did not include instructions on how to swap out the blades. You would think that would be there. Instead they go into how to trim your beard and using house hold products instead of shaving cream. I am not smearing olive oil on my face. I visited their website but it was no help.
