Well it is a nice looking vacuum The telescoping and carrying handles Washable filters No bag to change Cleans rugs very well but.......
Cons: Is completely useless on hard floors. It just throws whatever dirt your trying to clean all directions (and yes it's set to the proper height) so in the end you have to get a broom and just sweep up the dirt.
And speaking of the filters. The Cyclonic filter does need to be cleaned a lot but the recommended method of brushing it off does not cut it. You have to every so often take the filter apart by removing screws and washing it with water.
Doesn't clean edges so you have to use the wand and attachments. Even though making sure the wand is snug and tight it has come apart during cleaning.
Other Thoughts: It's not the worst I ever owned and certainly not the best but if all you have is rugs than this should work for you but as stated it just doesn't cut it when it comes to hard floors.

Pros: Great value, you won't find a better dyson clone. i did not buy mine from newegg, i bought it from a store that sold the vacuum exclusively for 2 years. I'm on my 2nd one now (first was broken by myself (dropped when moving)). have recommended these to friends and nobody has been disappointed with it
Cons: seems to go thru drive belts quicker than any other model i've had. have to swap out every 6 months or so
Other Thoughts: If you are looking at investing $300+ on a dyson, try this first, you won't be disappointed
