Pros: Feels sturdy. 100% cable success rate so far.

Cons: Does not come with any diagrams or instructions. I am inexperienced in cat 5 termination wiring so this would have been helpful. As it was I had to walk all the way back up stairs and get my laptop to look it up =).

Also, the strippers did not work very well with the cable I was working with. They cut a little too deep.

Other Thoughts: I used this tool for my very first cat 5 termination. Everything worked as it should.
