Pros: Plenty of airflow and clean looks. The halogen lighting really lights up the cook top well. Filters are easy to remove and clean in the dishwasher.

Cons: Sometimes buttons don't work on the first try, and the fan on boost speed vibrates quite a bit.

Other Thoughts: Don't forget to open a window when using boost speed, otherwise there won't be enough air coming into the house to exhaust.
