Pros: Cooks pizzas and other things with no pre-heat; I just follow the package instructions for temp and time and throw the pizza in the unit cold. Lot's better then firing up the big oven for small stuff like pizza, garlic toast, or re-heating White Castles! Works fine for toast too. Still experimenting with other stuff.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: It's a nice small oven that cooks fast and makes toast too. Perfect for me. If I ever decide to get a larger convection oven I might look for one with a rotisserie, but that's not too likely.
