Cons: Drip system is terrible, can imagine water literally dripping directly from the tank to the plate producing steam that has nowhere to go but down, very loud hissing/evaporating noise. Had to refill the tank every day I use it cause the water still evaporates after turning thermostat down and leaving it up, even after pressing just 1 shirt. Supposed to be non-drip but it does drip even on high setting. Other Thoughts: Looking for another Panasonic right now, this one can stay as a back-up Did you find this review helpful? Has a large water tank. Doesn't need purified water. Produces a lot of steam. Long cord 9'. Cons: none.
