Cons: Cheap. Broke on second use. Other Thoughts: I now own two of these. The first one I bought still works great, so I bought a second. The second one broke on the second time I used it. Went out to grill to check on food, and the food temp was flashing HI. I appreciate it's politeness but I need to know what temperature my food is at. Newegg politely offered to replace the defective item, but only if I pay for return shipping, which is $15. I only have $20 for the temperature gauge!
