Pros: -Removable Plates!! -Variable Temperature (though I have yet to use that feature) -Decent size cooking surface
Cons: -Longer time to heat to operating temperature in comparison to other Foremans I've had -takes up more counterspace due to size
Other Thoughts: Overall this seems to be a tradeoff when compared to the last model I had (smaller cooking surface, no variable temperature, and non-removable grill plates. I thought the removable plates would be a big bonus for cleaning and they are. Just bummed about the longer startup time (previous model - the little one, was about 2-3 minutes, this one is more like 6-8 before it's ready); not sure if it's because it's a larger unit or because the removable plates aren't fixed directly to the heating element.

Rating: 3/5Decent Grill terrible packing
Pros: Great size and has removable plates for cleaning.
Cons: nope
Other Thoughts: I am usually impressed with Newegg's shipping but this time they just slapped the ups label on the retail box. That box is not shipping ready and would have liked to paid more for better packaging. A little super glue fixed cracked case and easier then trying to get a replacement.

Rating: 2/5George Foreman GR72RTP 72" Grill, Digital Control
Pros: Works Good so Far.. Cooks fast as long as you can handle that plastic smell...
Cons: The smell of burning plastic is indeed strong on this one, makes me think there was an engineering error in the design that leaves the wiring inside too close to the heating plates.. The Packaging for this product from Newegg shocked me, they sent it in the retail package, with a UPS label on the retail box, did not even bother to tape up the ends any better than they was from the manufacturer ( 1 piece of 2" tape in the center of each of the ends that open. Wouldn't have cost much to put it at least in another box simply to avoid sending it without the gouge in the box I received it with.

Rating: 1/5Smells like BBQ? Nope. Maybe a Barbie BBQ, with emphasis on the plastic...
Pros: Haven't used it for cooking so... ? - Looks nice?
Cons: After seconds of turning on your unit, be prepared to smell several stages of burning plastic!
I carefully read the instruction manual, cleaned it as instructed, cloth dried it, etc... then proceeded to heat the unit up to 400F. Before it reached it's temperature, I started smelling some strange burning plastic smell. I guessed it was probably just because it was heating up for the first time. The smell didn't only persist but increase in intensity, to a point where I had to open all the windows of my house and turn on all the fans, to try to cope with it's intensity.
I read on some forums on various models that it can take several uses, some even used words like "forever" to get rid of the "new smell". By new smell, I'm assuming they mean burning plastic.
Other Thoughts: I might try to turn it on again tomorrow just to see if it's as intense, but I'm afraid this product will be, to quote the king himself, Return To Sender.
And to think of it, I didn't know it was a plastic shell, how do you expect to heat metal up to 350 F with plastic just millimeters away from it. No way you won't get burning plastic smell.
Final Thoughts: I don't feel very smart for having purchased this item. Maybe I should remove myself 1 level in Tech knowledge.

Rating: 5/5It's a Foreman!
Pros: Plates come out. Temp gauge. Fast cooker. Fat runs off. I love it.
Cons: Smaller than the older Foreman that it replaced. I should have measured first. This is for 2 people. 3+ is pushing it. 3 hamburgers just fit.

Rating: 5/5Excellent grill
Pros: Large cooking surface. Removable plates. Adjustable temperature. Adjustable angle between flat and 8*. Heats up really quickly. Basically the same as the old Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine it replaced, just bigger and better.
Cons: Only comes with 1 set of plates, but I believe you can buy others that work in it. Adjustable temperature is between 300 and 450 degrees only, would like it to be a bit wider of a choice. Only a 1 year warranty so make sure you buy this with an AmEx or the extended warranty. Bit smaller than I thought it would be. It is not a "72 inch" it is a "72 square inch".
Other Thoughts: Great grill, easily fits 2 hamburgers, steaks, or chicken breasts side by side. Cleanup is easy, and food cooks fast. Everyone should have one of these, lots faster than firing up the grill for a couple of burgers, and it allows fats and grease to roll off.
