Pros: Easily chews through my aluminum case to produce a decent hole.

Cons: Time consuming, gave me blisters on my middle and ring fingers while wearing gloves. Leaves very sharp edges.

Other Thoughts: I modified the side panel of my computer case using a compass to draw a 120mm circle. Of all the tools I tried, this was the most effective.

I tried a mandrel/hole saw, jig saw, saws-all, and a dremel with a cut-off wheel, none of which produced the results I needed without fear of permanent damage to the case. A 120mm (4 3/4", 121mm) hole saw would have been perfect, but they are hard to find and expensive.
