4 out of 5 eggsIt's ok... depending.....

Pros: This sleeving tends to slide over wires easier than other sleeve kits. It does get the job done.

Cons: It isn't very thick/heavy. While this can be disappointing due to the fact you can see the wire colors threw it, it does make it more universal in how many wires can fit in the sleeve, and how easy it slides on. It will fray really bad, but i just melt the end after a cut with a small torch. seems to help.

Other Thoughts: There are other brands that look better, but are harder to work with IMO. The mod smart kits cover better, but are less forgiving on how many wires you can fit, and is harder to slide on.

4 out of 5 eggsIt is as described...

Pros: The price is good, the color is decent, and it come with enough to get the job done.

Cons: it is uv reactive, but it doesn't "pop" like I was hoping. but still neat none the less.

Other Thoughts: this is custom product, so expect some level of difficulty. whether its cars or computers, custom always requires some enginuity. having the pin tool will help, but not imperative, if you know what your doing. good luck

2 out of 5 eggsShould not be newegg.ca's only sleeving

Pros: decent color, uv reactiveness. fine for basic sleeving of larger cables.
I got the kit with a won gift certificate.

Cons: You'll need molex removal tools to do a good job, does not come with the kit.
smaller size sleeving is very sparsely woven. unsuitable for unisleeving individual wires.

Other Thoughts: If you are looking for unisleeving friendly kits it would seem they don't exist. they are either too sparse a weave or too short. pretty much necessary to order from a site that specializes in sleaving and will cut to length.

2 out of 5 eggsEh....

Pros: UV, Blue, Price

Cons: It frays no matter how hard you try to make it not fray, no matter if you burn or not, the biggest sleeve is still not big enough for the power cable. Shrinkwrap but not tight

Other Thoughts: I wish it would work, I really do, my case is nice and all I need are UV sleeves, however none seem to work for me :/

3 out of 5 eggsNot a lot of stuff here...

Pros: Colors yay

Cons: You don't get a lot for the price. I think I received a handful of zip ties and a very limited assortment of tubing. Not what I expected for $10 but it got the job done.

3 out of 5 eggsOk...

Pros: Not necessarily a pro but it came with a decent amount of sleeving.

Cons: Cheap sleeving, material is garbage compared to higher grade sleeving. Didn't come with proper size shrink tube for all the sizes of sleeving.

3 out of 5 eggsOk for a budget kit.

Pros: I do a lot of mods, and I generally do almost all the sleeving myself. I've used high quality, high density sleeving and bargain bin stuff and everything in between. Some easy to work with, some difficult. This kit falls somewhere in the middle if you take price into consideration. So it is about average quality for the price I guess you'd say. But they don't get much cheaper than this! (that should tell you something right there.)

Cons: I don't think you could sleeve a whole power supply with this. Especially the included shrink wrap is minimal.
Certainly not a whole case with all the bells and whistles.

UV brightness is not that great. The colors in general will not impress anyone, they are washed out and bland. In particular the shrink wrap is almost a gray color. The included tie wraps are some of the cheapest I've ever seen, most of the ones I attempted to use simply broke apart before I could completely tie them. I threw them out. For the price, what can you expect. The kit was serviceable.

The sleeving frays easily. The density is not very good, it is quite easy to see the cables underneath so for a system under a great deal of scrutiny, I wouldn't recommend it..

Other Thoughts: But for budget builders, I definitely would.
It is very easy to work with, and it stretches farther than the higher density sleeving. Most kits I get are about 2:1, meaning 1/4 sleeve will almost fit around a 1/2" plug. This stuff is more like 3:1. Also means it will stretch a bit too far on the end and fray like mad. Use a hot knife to cut.

This makes it easy for folks who don't want to tear apart all their connectors just to sleeve their PC.
It seems a little shorter than some kits, I don't think one would be enough if you have a gaming system, lots o fans, etc. I'd buy two if I was sleeving the whole PC with it.

Recommended for amateur and budget builders.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Binding looks good, and not hard at all to install on wires and harness's. Finishes off a setup rather nicely.

Cons: The Teflon shrink wrap does not work well at all. Glad I already had some. Still not enough of a reason to not purchase.

Other Thoughts: Get Teflon shrink wrap that is worth a darn.
