Thermaltake's Smart Case Fan II features three different modes of operation at one low cost. The 80mm fan can run at full speed for ultimate cooling power at 4,800rpm. A temperature sensor is linked to the fan's motor, however, and can be used to automatically control fan speed. When your system temperature is cooled to 20C, the fan spins at a slow 1,300rpm. If your PC should reach 55C, the fan speed will increase automatically to 4,800rpm.
The Smart Case Fan II also has a variable fan-speed controller that allows you to manually adjust its speed from 1,300rpm to 4,800rpm. A simple connection to a standard 3-pin fan port on your motherboard is all that's needed for power.
Temperature Control Sensor The smart temperature control sensor monitors temperatures for automatic fan speed adjustments.
Dual Power Connectors The Thermaltake A1357 comes with a 3-pin and a 4-pin power connector for excellent flexibility and compatibility.
