Pros: It's fast. If my CPU and RAM weren't a bottleneck, I could probably come close to maxing Crysis. Probably. Those 216 stream processors really make a difference. Also, the construction seems pretty solid, and the fan on it is fairly large, which means good cooling and low noise. It stays about the same temperature as my "old" 9600GT: roughly 46C Idle, 65C Load. Also, it has an S/PDIF Connector to allow you to output sound through HDMI with the included DVI->HDMI connector. So if you're using it with a TV, you won't need an extra cable for sound.
Cons: It's pretty big. It's a good inch or two longer than my PNY 9600GT. It is as long as a PS3 is deep. It fits in my case without covering up any SATA ports (barely), but that might not be the case for you. It's roughly ten inches long. Also, you'll need a decent power supply, especially if you want to go SLI. Of course, if you're building a PC, you'll not want to skimp on a power supply anyways. My 750 Watt PSU allows me to use the card and to have my 9600GT as my PhysX card without any problems.
Other Thoughts: It actually comes with functioning drivers. Graphics and PhysX. You'll still probably want to update them after installation, but the drivers disc is a good place to start for once.
