- Pros: Newegg delivered it
- Cons: DOA.. mobo gave funky error on boot. took this drive out and tried different mobo, another funky error this green drive was funky when it left the manufacturing facility.

- Other Thoughts: ive got 12 different WD drives throughout my house dating back 10 years, all of them are still working, I guess it was my luck to get a lemon.
No problems after 17 months
- Pros: I like that it only spins faster when it needs to. It runs quiet & cool, no performance problems. It was a great deal.
- Cons: None that I can tell.
- Other Thoughts: I haven't had a need to research recent drives, so I'm not certain it's still a great deal.
So quiet!
- Pros: Low power and SO QUIET! I haven't really pushed it to any performance extreme, but after installing Windows 7 MC on it and watching HDTV with Windows Media Center, this HDD hasn't given me any problems.
- Cons: None so far.
